A Milestone for BIG DAISHOWA Europe
Our new European headquarters in Sulz am Neckar represents the continued expansion of our presence in Europe. At one central location, we bring together sales, logistics, technical expertise and personal customer support.
Consulting, product expertise and logistics are now all under one roof. For our customers and partners in the European market, this means shorter paths – from technical enquiries through to delivery.
Across approximately 5,394 m² of gross floor area, the office building, showroom and logistics warehouse are located directly next to each other. Visitors to our showroom are in the same building from which we dispatch our products.
Three Days of Grand Opening Celebrations in Sulz am Neckar
From 1 to 3 July 2026, we opened the doors to our new location. More than 150 guests came to Sulz am Neckar to explore the building and join us in celebrating the opening.
The three days provided insights into the building, showroom and our European activities. Guided tours and personal conversations gave customers, distributors and partners a first-hand experience of the new location.
The focus was not on the building alone, but on the people who have supported us along the way – our customers, partners, distributors and the local team.

Experience Precision: Our New Showroom
Precision tools demonstrate their strengths in real-world applications. Our new showroom provides the opportunity to experience the tools up close, discuss technical questions directly with our specialists and explore applications in detail.
The runout and balance quality of a tool holder, its rigidity during cutting, or the micrometre-level adjustment of a boring tool can be difficult to assess from a data sheet alone. With the actual tool in hand, it becomes much easier to understand how these factors influence process stability, tool life, surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
We present selected solutions from the following areas:
- Tool Holders
- Fine and Rough Boring Tools
- Cutting Tools
- Angle Heads & High-Speed Spindles
- Measuring Instruments
Our specialists discuss the specific machining task with customers and partners – from the workpiece material through to the requirements for surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
BIG DAISHOWA Europe: A Strong Foundation for the European Market
With our new headquarters serving as a central logistics and sales hub, we are strengthening our presence in Europe.
The close integration of warehouse, sales, support and showroom shortens our internal processes. Our two-storey logistics warehouse, covering approximately 2,062 m², supports product supply across Europe. By bringing expertise together at one location, we can provide close support to customers, distributors and partners.
Sulz am Neckar therefore represents what matters in a partnership with a tooling supplier: availability, technical expertise and reliable points of contact.

Japanese Tradition Meets European Connection
A highlight of the opening was the traditional Kagami Biraki ceremony. The round wooden lid of a sake barrel is called kagami in Japanese, meaning “mirror”, and symbolises harmony. Biraki means “opening” and is deliberately used instead of “breaking”, as it represents a new beginning and a positive future.
Those who open the barrel together and share the sake wish good fortune and success for the new beginning. For us, this tradition in Sulz am Neckar became a visible symbol of the connection between our Japanese roots and our future in Europe.
The artistic contribution by Yoshi Sislay brought art, craftsmanship and cultural identity into dialogue with technology and precision. What connects both is an attention to detail – an approach that defines both sophisticated craftsmanship and high-quality precision tools.
Together into a New Chapter
The Grand Opening showed what defines us: long-term relationships, technical exchange and the development of the right tooling solutions.
Customers, partners, distributors and employees have shaped our new location from day one. We would like to thank everyone who celebrated this milestone with us and continues to support us on our journey.
Our new headquarters in Sulz am Neckar stands for precision, quality and partnership – and for a strong presence in the European market. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with our customers and partners.
